You can delete your The Plus Club account and personal data at any time using the form below.

What is deleted

• Your personal profile: name, email address, phone number and photo.
• Your login credentials — you will no longer be able to sign in.
• The personal details attached to your own bookings are anonymised.

What is retained

If your account manages a restaurant, the restaurant and its booking history are business records we are required to keep under our merchant agreement and under tax and accounting law. These records are retained after your personal data is removed, but they no longer identify you.

How it works

1. Enter your account email address below and submit the form.
2. We send a confirmation link to that email address.
3. Click the link within 48 hours to confirm. Your personal data is then permanently removed.
